Who we are
Dashcam Fitting 4u is run by Aaron, a sole trader based in South Yorkshire. Not VAT registered. You can reach us on 07424 359213 or at [email protected].
Wohii designed and looks after this website for us. Dashcam Fitting 4u is responsible for everything on it and for all the work and products we provide. Wohii isn’t part of any agreement between you and us.
Prices and booking
Sending the form, calling or messaging us doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll reply with a price and a time. You’ve booked once we’ve both agreed them. Prices depend on the vehicle and the equipment, so we give each one separately.
Your right to cancel
If you book by phone, message, email, through this website or at your home, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you book. To cancel, just call, text or email us. If you’ve already paid anything, we’ll refund it within 14 days.
If you want the fitting done within those 14 days, you’ll need to ask us to go ahead in writing — a text or email is fine. If you then cancel after we’ve started, you pay for the work done up to that point. Once the job is finished, you can no longer cancel it.
Equipment you supply
For dash cams and reversing cameras, you usually supply the kit. Please make sure it’s complete and suitable for your vehicle. Any fault in the equipment itself is a matter for whoever sold it to you or its manufacturer. We’re responsible for fitting it properly.
Equipment we supply
Immobilisers and trackers we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product needs a subscription or app from its maker, that agreement is between you and them.
Our work, and putting things right
We carry out every job with reasonable care and skill. If something isn’t right, tell us as soon as you can. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can ask us to put it right, and if we can’t, you’re entitled to some or all of your money back. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Fitting aftermarket equipment can affect a vehicle manufacturer’s warranty or lease conditions. If you’re unsure, please check with your dealer or leasing company before booking.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or are careless, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that could reasonably be foreseen as a result. We’re not responsible for loss that couldn’t be foreseen, or for business losses. We don’t exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights as a consumer.
Using this website
We keep the information here accurate, but it’s a general guide and may change. The photos show installations we’ve carried out, and the reviews come from our Google Business Profile. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. Please don’t misuse the enquiry form or try to interfere with the site.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with anything, call or email us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
